Thank you for choosing StrikeMaster.
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, subscription renewals, and refund requests are handled for StrikeMaster subscriptions.
Subscription Billing
StrikeMaster is a subscription-based service.
By purchasing a subscription online, you authorize recurring billing through Stripe using the payment method you provide. Stripe payments include a domestic credit/debit card fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for future renewal periods.
- Your account will continue to have access to paid features until your subscription expires.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it before deleting your account.
Refund Eligibility
Because StrikeMaster provides immediate access to digital subscription services, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
However, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in situations such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Billing errors
- Unauthorized transactions, subject to review
- Technical issues that prevent reasonable use of the service and cannot be resolved
Each request is reviewed individually.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused subscriptions
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Dissatisfaction after substantial use of the service
- User error or accidental purchases after access has been provided
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Subscription Renewals
It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Renewal reminders may not be sent before every billing cycle.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
We are happy to investigate billing issues and work toward a fair resolution.
Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method.
Processing times vary depending on your financial institution but typically take 5-10 business days after the refund is issued.
Changes to This Policy
StrikeMaster may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
Any changes will become effective on the Effective Date listed at the top of this page.
