Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to StrikeMaster ("StrikeMaster," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StrikeMaster website, applications, and services.
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using StrikeMaster, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use StrikeMaster.
2. Description of Service
StrikeMaster is a subscription-based platform designed to help bowling teams, coaches, schools, leagues, and players organize bowling information, track statistics, manage rosters, and view bowling performance data.
We may add, remove, or modify features at any time to improve the platform.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Maintain the accuracy of your account information.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
Certain features of StrikeMaster require a paid subscription.
By purchasing a subscription online, you authorize recurring billing through Stripe unless you cancel before your next renewal date. Stripe payments include a domestic credit/debit card fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction.
Subscription pricing may change in the future. If pricing changes, existing subscribers will be notified before any new pricing takes effect.
Taxes may be added where required by law.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Account Deletion
Users may permanently delete their account through their account settings.
Deleting an account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
7. User Content
Users are responsible for the information they submit to StrikeMaster, including:
- Team information
- League information
- Player information
- Coach information
- Bowling scores
- Bowling statistics
- Links submitted to official bowling statistics websites
You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to submit any information uploaded to StrikeMaster.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use StrikeMaster for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Misrepresent your identity.
- Scrape, copy, or automate access to StrikeMaster without written permission.
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse others.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
9. Intellectual Property
StrikeMaster, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by StrikeMaster and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of StrikeMaster without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
StrikeMaster relies on trusted third-party providers, including:
- Stripe for online payment processing
- Google Sign-In for authentication
- Supabase for authentication and secure data storage
Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
11. Availability
We strive to keep StrikeMaster available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Maintenance, updates, outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
StrikeMaster is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StrikeMaster disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or free of errors.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StrikeMaster and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of business opportunities, or interruption of service arising from or relating to your use of StrikeMaster.
Where permitted by law, StrikeMaster's total liability for any claim relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to StrikeMaster during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
14. Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the security of the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse StrikeMaster.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of StrikeMaster after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
